Iboga Retreats Rooted in the Bwiti Tradition

Our retreats are an opportunity to experience the transformation
that Iboga provides within the Bwiti tradition. This is not just taking
the medicine. It is working with it through ceremony, teachings, conversation, and integration so you can understand what is happening and what to do with it.

The retreats are built around preparation, ceremony, and integration. This is not about having an experience and going home. It is about creating awareness and the change that comes from it.

This work is guided by Flynn Helper, an initiated Bwiti provider who
has trained directly within the tradition. Everything is approached
with safety, care, and attention to what each person needs so the process can unfold in a way that feels grounded and supported.

How It Works
& Pricing

Retreats include preparation, guided ceremony, and integration support before, during, and after the experience. Each retreat is guided by Flynn Helper, an initiated Bwiti guide who trained directly within the tradition under Moughenda, a 10th-generation Bwiti shaman in Gabon. After years of training, initiation, and leading ceremonies, Flynn approaches this work with deep respect for the medicine, the tradition,
and the people stepping into this level of healing work.

How Payment Works

Once you are accepted into a retreat, you will receive instructions to secure your spot with a deposit. From there, you will begin the preparation process and receive guidance on what to do before arriving.

Integration is everything.
Without it, ceremony is just an experience.
With it, it’s transformation.

The Experience

What It’s Like to Be There

Iboga Shows You What is Actually Going on Beneath the Surface

These retreats are intentionally kept small so each person receives the direct guidance, support, and attention they need. The environment is quiet, grounded, and focused, giving you the space to step away from your normal routine and fully focus on yourself, the work, and the medicine.

Outside of ceremonies, there is space to rest, reflect, and disconnect from the pace of everyday life. Meals are shared together, conversations happen naturally throughout the day,
and there is time between ceremonies to slow down and settle into the work instead of rushing through it. Before ceremonies, there are fire talks and teachings that help prepare you for what lies ahead. Afterward, there is space to talk through what you experienced and further connect with the wisdom and messages of the medicine.

The pace throughout the retreat should feel steady and supportive. There is time to slow down, disconnect from outside distractions, and give your full attention to what is happening internally. This is not created for comfort or escape. It is a place to step away from your daily routine, slow down, and fully engage with the work.

Iboga was my last resort. Nothing else worked, and this medicine saved my life.
