IBOGA RETREATS FOR TRANSFORMATION + TRUTH

Ancient Bwiti Wisdom, Modern Healing Journeys

More than medicine, Iboga is a path of truth, remembrance, and renewal. For those who feel the weight of suffering or the pain of disconnection, Iboga, rooted in the ancient Bwiti tradition, opens the door to deep healing, peace, and transformation.

With integration at the heart of your journey, Flynn Helper, an initiated Bwiti lineage holder, offers ceremonies guided by compassion, wisdom, and care. These Iboga ceremonies are a sacred process of truth and becoming — a path where freedom takes root and transformation becomes lasting, reconnecting you with your soul and opening the possibility of peace, wholeness, and coming home to yourself. Retreats are held in carefully selected locations across Canada and Mexico. Exact details are shared after inquiry. Locations may vary throughout the year as retreats continue to expand.

THE PATH WE WALK TOGETHER

Authentic Bwiti Iboga Retreats
+ Integration Support

At Bwiti Healing Journeys, every retreat is rooted in over a decade of Bwiti tradition. Led by Flynn Helper, one of the few Westerners formally initiated and empowered as a lineage holder, you can trust that each step is carried with integrity, safety, and compassion.

Ceremony

Each retreat includes guided Iboga ceremonies held in the Bwiti way. Ceremony is held in a safe and sacred container that honors the full context of the tradition — not only the medicine itself but the spiritual teachings, music, and rituals that allow you to encounter Ibogaas a profound teacher.

Integration

Your transformation unfolds through careful preparation and integration woven throughout the retreat. Daily guidance, wisdom sharing, and post-ceremony support help you make sense of what Iboga reveals, ensuring its lessons become lived practice in your everyday life. Integration doesn’t end when you leave — it continues as the thread that makes healing last.

Transformation

What begins in ceremony opens a pathway to lasting change. As you release cycles of suffering and reconnect with your truth, you discover freedom, peace, and clarity that extend far beyond the retreat itself. With the Bwiti tradition as the container and integration as the throughline, this is not a temporary reset — it is the beginning of a renewed, whole life.

This is more than a retreat. It’s a ceremony of becoming
— an invitation to step into wholeness and truth.

"When I look back at the past three years, I see a clear break from my long-standing patterns. This plant was the catalyst in 2023, taking me on a trajectory well beyond my expectations. I was a lifelong sufferer of PTSD (which I had been slowly chipping away at, with 7 years of therapy under my belt that seemed to have hit a wall). I was amazed to discover that the remainder of my PTSD symptoms were completely eliminated after my first introduction to iboga. As the skeptic that I am, I expected the symptoms to return once the ceremony's afterglow subsided, yet they've never started up again.

Working with Flynn's gentle guidance, my life has changed in surprising ways. Ever since my first set of dual ceremonies, I have a new level of respect and awareness for my body and spirit. On top of that, I can look back and see how working with Flynn's practice has expanded and upgraded my entire worldview.

I'll always be thankful for Flynn's immense talents in administering these life-changing experiences for me. I'm definitely lucky to have received such attentive care and guidance, which has truly transformed my existence for the better."

"I had a groundbreaking experience working with Iboga. Flynn, a very grounded and wise individual, made my experience smooth and significantly easier to integrate. I highly recommend working with Flynn because his energy is very calm, which naturally put me at ease. He's also an excellent cook.

Flynn continues to check in on his participants. It really warms my heart to know that even after six or seven months, we still have his contact and support. Thank you, Flynn, for your guidance."

Ana

"I met Flynn in Gabon, Africa, at Moughenda's Village. I was there for provider training, and Flynn helped train me while also assisting Moughenda during ceremonies for retreat guests. I have shared medicine space with Flynn several times, and it was always a beautiful experience. He is full of knowledge when it comes to Bwiti traditions and the correct way to handle and serve this amazing spirit of Iboga. Your safety and well-being is at the very top of the list with Flynn. He not only takes this very seriously, he lives his daily life by what he teaches. He is a wonderful man and a solid provider of this medicine, and I'm very proud to have him as a colleague and, more importantly, my Bwiti Brother."

ABOUT FLYNN HELPER

Walking the Bwiti Path with Integrity

Flynn Helper’s journey with Iboga began as his own last resort. After years of struggling with addiction and searching for healing that never lasted, he turned to the Bwiti tradition of Gabon. What he found was a path that not only freed him from addiction but reconnected him with his soul.

Through years of discipline and devotion, Flynn became one of the very few Westerners formally initiated and authorized as a lineage holder. His initiation and training were guided directly by Moughenda Mikala, 10th-generation shaman and leader of the Bwiti today, who entrusted Flynn to carry this medicine with authenticity and care. Today, he guides others through the same sacred process that transformed his life.

I carry this medicine because I’ve lived what it can do.
